Heydar aliyev center is just 1 mile away, we could easily reach it. Short way from Shaki Gala, where you can have lunch.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel offered a spacious room with good Wi-Fi and comfortable bedding. The staff was cooperative but not always well trained. the lobby was nicely decorated and was very elegant. The hotel was also located near a bus stop and this was really helpful.
The hotel was located in an area that was not safe and not very attractive. The breakfast provided was not good and lacked variety.

The hotel looks newly built, ensuring a well-maintained condition. the hotel is situated close to a bus stop with good connectivity to the city. The breakfast, though not the best in quality, still offers a decent variety of options.
The hotel falls short on some service constraints, where housekeeping is not up to the mark, and nighttime support is scarce.

Had an enjoyable Easter stay. The rooms were elegant and clean, with great bedding. The lobby was nicely decorated. The hotel had a very good breakfast and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the local area and sights. The hotel also had fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which was a plus.
There was only one elevator, which was inconvenient at times, mostly during peak season. , the background music was loud and irritating, and the air conditioning system was noisy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The room was elegant and the bedding was excellent. The lobby was beautifully decorated and created a welcoming atmosphere.
The lift could get crowded during the busy summer season.
